We work with several mail and courier services to deliver our products to you. We, therefore, work in accordance with their delivery terms. As we use third-party shipping partners, we are unable to accept liability for any goods that are not received by a customer in the event that that courier fails to deliver them due to circumstances outside of our control, or your failure to provide adequate delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to provide an appropriate delivery address and to be present at the address at the time the delivery is due. We are also not liable for goods that are delivered late due to circumstances outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the agreed timescale, and before contacting us, please visit the courier website and enter the tracking code provided with your shipment confirmation to view your delivery status.
Please contact us via email immediately. We will need a picture of the item you have received. Once we have proof that we have sent an incorrect item we will contact you to discuss your options.

You can withdraw Bitcoin from your Cash App to a third-party Bitcoin wallet at any time. To do so:
- Toggle from USD to BTC by tapping “USD” on your Cash App home screen.
- Select Bitcoin
- Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to withdraw (you can toggle between BTC or USD)
- Either tap the top left corner of the screen to access the QR code scanner or tap Send to enter the external wallet address manually
- Tap wallet address to confirm
- Tap Next
- Select a withdrawal speed
- Tap Confirm & Send to initiate your withdrawal.
If this is your first time withdrawing Bitcoin, you may need to enter some additional personal information before making a withdrawal.
You need to withdraw at least 0.001 bitcoin to make a withdrawal using the Standard withdrawal speed. Rush and Priority withdrawals have a 0.00005 bitcoin minimum withdrawal amount.
